New residential building at the entrance of Encamp; a practical location with fantastic communication with the ski slopes, very close to the bus stop and just 5 minutes from the city center.
As for the qualities:
EXTERIOR CARPENTRY with PVC or aluminum windows and large windows with thermal bridge breakage to improve thermal insulation. The system includes single metal Grieser-type aluminum slat roller blinds, and has sound-attenuating glass. FLOORS AND COATINGS: The rooms and interior rooms of the house will have laminate floors. The wet rooms, as well as the bathrooms, will have porcelain stoneware floor and wall tiles.
LIGHTING: Wall lights and projectors will be installed in outdoor spaces (balconies and terraces), portholes and self-adhesive strips in the interior rooms of the homes.

FACILITIES: The homes will have top quality white color mechanisms for the control of the entire electrical and lighting system. The air conditioning system of the house is based on efficient ventilation of the different rooms through heat recuperators. Low-consumption electric radiators with thermostat and 24-hour programmer will be installed and the bathrooms will be equipped with electric towel rails. The kitchen furniture will be made up of high, low and column-type cabinets in water-repellent melamine plywood chipboard in white, lacquered doors and drawer fronts and stainless steel handles or a push-type opening system.
MAIN AND SECONDARY BATHROOMS: The bathrooms will be equipped with modern design furniture. The toilets will have a double flush mechanism to facilitate water saving and a cushioned fall lid, and all the faucets will be single-lever with flow-improving aerators to reduce water consumption.
