Fantastic development in a prestigious residential area with formidable views of the central valley of Andorra. Its location gives it sun throughout the day and its finishes are of high quality.
The exterior of the facades has a gray slate slab cladding on mortar and projected polyurethane foam insulation, with corrugated steel anchors, on a gero sheet and an interior cladding with double plasterboard and insulation with interior wool. The entire interior of the houses is paved with rectified stoneware ceramic tiles in 120x60cm pieces. Under the pavement is placed underfloor heating. The flooring in the common areas and on the terraces and balconies is made of non-slip stoneware such as Ston-ker from Porcelanosa or equivalent.
The kitchens have the following electrical appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave-oven column, built-in refrigerator and built-in dishwasher, all from Siemens or equivalent. The kitchen furniture is in glossy lacquered wood veneer in the color to be defined. The kitchen counters and fronts are in Silestone or equivalent.
Electric radiators are installed in the bathrooms. An electrical resistance is placed on the access ramps to the car park and on the portal of the building. The installation of a radiant floor fed by an aerothermal system and individual meters has been planned. This same system also feeds sanitary hot water in the building. Underfloor heating is available throughout the house, sectorized with two or more thermostats, depending on the distribution of the house.
The homes have a home automation system with a control screen in the dining room or entrance. This module is centralized for each home and allows the control and programming of: the general lowering of blinds; general lighting blackout; modification of the thermostat setpoint via telephone and two technical alarms (smoke and flood detection with cut-off of the solenoid valve).
